ADVENTURE ELEVATED SHIPPING POLICY

Waydoo eFoil boards are large and therefore ship via freight shipping. After your purchase you will receive a tracking number along with the information on who will be delivering your order. Most freight carriers that we use will contact you before delivery to setup a time.

Certain hazardous or flammable products, like those containing lithium batteries, can only be shipped via ground delivery and are only able to be shipped to the contiguous United States, they cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, any US territories, or internationally.

Package Forwarders

Customers may utilize package forwarders in their discretion. Adventure Elevated and its partners cannot be held liable for any damage that may occur after the items are delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.
