eFoil Lesson & Rental Agreement

This agreement governs your participation in eFoil lessons and equipment rentals provided by Adventure Elevated. By booking a lesson or rental, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

eFoiling is an inherently active water sport. Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions from Adventure Elevated staff, wear provided safety equipment, and operate rented equipment only within the conditions and areas approved by our team.

Adventure Elevated reserves the right to modify or cancel a booking due to weather, water conditions, equipment availability, or participant readiness. The full terms below outline booking, cancellation, liability, and privacy details for your reservation.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your booking's scheduled start time for a full refund, with no fees deducted. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your booking is non-refundable, but you may reschedule to another available date. If Adventure Elevated cancels your booking because of unsafe weather or water conditions, you may choose a full refund or reschedule to another available date, with no fees.

Adventure Elevated collects only the information needed to process your booking, communicate with you about your reservation, and operate our lessons and rentals safely. We do not sell your personal information.
