We work hard to offer fair, competitive pricing on every product we carry — and we back it three ways:
1. We beat it by 5%. If a competitor has an identical, in-stock item available online at a lower final price (after tax and shipping), we'll beat that price by 5%.
2. 48-hour price adjustment. Already bought it and then found it cheaper? Contact us within 48 hours of your purchase and we'll refund the difference.
3. 30-day sale protection. If we reduce the price on an item within 30 days of your full-price purchase, we'll credit you the difference — as long as the same size and color are still in stock.
How to claim: reach out through chat or call/text (435) 222-2828 before placing your order for a price beat, or within 48 hours after purchase for a refund. Send us a link to the competitor's listing along with the product you're interested in — we'll verify the price, availability, and that it's the same make, model, and configuration.
A few things to know before you submit a price-match request.
The item must be identical (same size, color, model year), new, in stock, and currently listed by a U.S.-based authorized online retailer. Auction sites and third-party sellers — eBay, Amazon marketplace, affiliate listings — don't qualify. Price-match discounts can't be combined with any other offers or promotions.
Shipping charges, taxes, rebates, free-with-purchase offers, bundle or package discounts, membership or loyalty pricing, financing offers, and competitor misprints or typos. eFoil bundles don't get the extra 5% (though we'll still try to match). Lessons and rentals are excluded.
Limited-time promotions, clearance, closeout, open-box, refurbished, and doorbuster pricing are excluded. Competitor prices must be current and publicly advertised at the time of your request — expired sales and one-day flash deals don't qualify.
