These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

Use by government entities is subject to applicable federal acquisition regulations.

20. Termination
